How We Began...

T-Werx was founded with the belief that small businesses need a place to congregate and work together to grow. We were founded in 2016 by Jeff Kikel, a financial advisor, who saw the need for a professional office space that not only catered to small businesses but also helped them to grow. 

Early on Jeff realized that he needed someone that could run the operations of the business as he focused on guiding the business and sales. He had to look no further than his wife Crystal, who today serves as the Director of Operations. 

Beginning with our first location in Cedar Park, TX, T-Werx has become an integral part of the business community. For 4 years, we have been one of the host sites for the Small Business Festival, the Freelance Festival, and have been supporters of several programs in our community.

In 2018 we expanded to our second location in the Four Points area of Austin, TX. Six months later, we opened our third location with our new concept T-Werx Too, in Dripping Springs. Opening these locations has allowed us to serve a diverse community of entrepreneurs and home-based workers. 

So what is next for T-Werx? In 2019 we realized the next step in our evolution by the founding of The Entrepreneur Center at T-Werx. Through the Entrepreneur Center, we provide training in business skills, digital marketing, and leadership. In partnership with Impact Coaching, we are also providing digital marketing and social media training for Realtors.

C-Werx

(Community-Werx)

T-Werx was founded on the belief that businesses should not only look to enrich themselves but should also enrich the community. While large businesses do this, it is very difficult for small businesses to have much impact. As a result, we created our Community-Werx (C-Werx) program.

Through C-Werx support, multiple organizations in person along with our members as well as through the Jeff and Crystal Kikel Foundation. We have a passion for supporting our community, veterans and their families, and education. Some of the organizations we support include:
